About This Unit
Total Equipment & Service 180K Heat Recovery Nitrogen Pumping Unit
Overview
Skid- or trailer-mounted nitrogen pumping unit built by Total Equipment & Service. Uses a heat recovery vaporizer system to convert liquid nitrogen (LN2) into high-pressure gaseous nitrogen for oilfield and industrial applications.
Vaporization System
Heat recovery design — no direct-fired burner. Waste heat is captured from three sources to vaporize LN2:
Engine jacket water
Hydraulic system
Engine exhaust
Operates with no open flame and no fired burner.
Performance Specifications
Maximum nitrogen output: 180,000 SCFH
Maximum working pressure: 10,000 PSI
Discharge temperature: stable across operating range
Designed for sustained high-pressure, high-flow output
Operational Characteristics
Lower fuel consumption compared to fired vaporizer units (no burner fuel demand)
Reduced maintenance load (no burner components to service)
No fired-vaporizer ignition risk on location
Application Range
Coiled tubing operations
Well stimulation and gas lift
Pipeline purging, drying, and pressure testing
Leak testing and commissioning
Foam cementing and perforation
Refinery and plant turnarounds
